In an effort to identify the next generation of emerging artists and drive meaningful change, M&C Saatchi Group, in partnership with Saatchi Gallery, had called for entries to the annual Art for Change Prize based on the theme, Equality. According to the press release published on 14 July, the art initiative aims "to  deepen access to contemporary art, broaden learning opportunities for young people in the UK and worldwide and identify the next generation of artists influencing real societal change". 

The free-to-enter prize intends to highlight and encourage dialogue on visual arts as a medium for positive social change in a global level, as well, as give exposure to emerging artists around the world. The total prize fund worth £20,000 will be split between six regional winners, five to receive £2,000 each and one overall winner to receive £10,000. The distinguished board of judges come from various regions across the globe. The dealine for submission is on 8 September 2022.
